a server from our approved configurations. Purchase
from eUnify. Purchase and ship to eUnify. eUnify
will test the server, wipe it clean and install all
the operating systems software and eUnify Platform
software. Test the server for 48 hours. Package and
send. Customer install server and connect on network.
Connect server with eUnify Support. Remote testing
and release for use. Setup and test backup. |

Maintenance |
| Hardware
maintenace agreement with approved vendor. eUnify
will remotely monitor server. Report any hardware
problems; customer handle hardware problems. eUnify
apply operating system updates and eUnify Platform
software upgrades. Maintenance is charged on an annual
basis at 20% of the license fee price shown below. |
